If CES is any indication, 2012 will be the year of the ultrabook. To reinforce that point Samsung has retooled its Series 9 ultrabook line to make it 30 percent thinner with larger screens.Both the 13- and 15-inch models of the Series 9 ultrabooks are super thin and pretty lights well. The best part about the ultrabooks is that the 15-inch model is really a 14-inch chassis with a 15-inch screen shoved into it. That sounds strange, but it looks great in person. It’s great to have more screen real estate without the extra size in the footprint.As for the software, both laptops run Windows 7, as you’d expect.
